Appointments

1. Scheduling: Appointments can be made via phone or in-person. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak times.

2. No-show, Late Canceling and Rescheduling Policy:

   • Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

   • Appointments canceled or rescheduled after 24 hours will be charged 100%.

   • If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no-show and charged in full.

   • All sales are FINAL.

Payment

1. Accepted Payments: We accept credit/debit cards and gift certificates. Payment is due at the time of service.

2. Gratuity: Not included in the service price. Tips for your stylist are appreciated.

3. Deposits: A deposit may be required for certain services or appointments.

4. Prices: Non-negotiable and subject to change without prior notice.

5. Gift Cards/Vouchers: Must be presented at the time of payment.

Refund Policy

1. Refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit.

2. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of the service.

3. Refunds will not be provided for gift cards, vouchers, or products purchased.
